October 17, 2009

Back to Basics. Okay, now before I get everybody confused, I would like to dumb-down some of the most common terminologies gym rats use. It’s not to say that it’s hard to understand nor that they have a very low comprehension. Rather, provide information to people specially the ones new to bodybuilding.

Things that you thought you only could see in toilets, float and get carried by the water current. And if that isn’t enough, you can catch a virus.

That’s what had happened to me. Until now, I still am coughing and snotty. It’s been going on for almost two weeks now. I took some medication and some vitamins to recover quickly. I later found out that I had an infection. So yes, another drug for Marco.
