Bad weather. It’s been raining really hard and natural disasters have been rocking the third world recently. Heavy down pour of rain is one of my main concerns. Thanks to typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) the streets got flooded. Roaches and rats creeping and crawling out of the sewers. Things that you thought you only could see in toilets, float and get carried by the water current. And if that isn’t enough, you can catch a virus.
That’s what had happened to me. Until now, I still am coughing and snotty. It’s been going on for almost two weeks now. I took some medication and some vitamins to recover quickly. I later found out that I had an infection. So yes, another drug for Marco.
Getting better. I am recovering little by little. It’s the frustration that’s hard to handle however. I love planning my activities. I get a rush whenever I get to cross-out something on my to-do-list. I’ve been wanting to go to the gym and start with my new training program. I just want to get on with it.
But sadly, I haven’t recovered fully. Ultimately, it’s much better if I let my body rest for a while and wait until it’s fully recovered.
PROGRESS. I have written on several different blogsites and wrote a variety of articles on different topics. This one though will be different from the rest. Many topics I’ve written about are mostly on businesses and entrepreneurship. Although I’ve written about health and fitness, I still felt that I wasn’t doing what I wanted to do.
I wanted to track my progress and have an audience to critique and comment about what I do. Overall, I think it’ll be beneficial for almost any reader since they’d be able to give recommendations that I can try.
Second of all, we’ll all learn from my mistakes and some from others.
Lastly, I want to be able to share what I know about physical fitness and bodybuilding.
